    My estudio 4511 just come on but do anything it stops at come on logo. please can anyboy help me

              1. what version are you currently at
              2. what country is the MFP in
              3. are you willing to pay for the firmware
              4. what parallel universe are you living in that makes you think you can fix this even with firmware
