[Error Code] EStudio 2830C C3A0 jams in the fuser only on color?

I inherited this customer and originally was told it was a hard CA00. When I got there it had a CE40. After pulling the drum units and cleaning the windows I end up with jams in the fuser on color only with a C3A0. B&W runs fine no crashes. The closet intravia we have doesn't list this product or have any of the errors except for the CE40 which says it is a test pattern error? I could really use some help and advice on this one. We have little to none experience and resources for Toshibas.

I had a 451C that was jamming like this due to dry fuser oil rollers...additional color toner was making the pages stick to the fuser belt. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

      Hi,
You have inherited an excellent machine.
You machine does however have an issue with the magenta EPU. The error is basically an auto toner sensor error, and generally indicates that the developer has migrated out of the EPU, usually due to the needle electrode end block breaking.
The jam in the fuser is simply a result of the machine stopping due to the EPU error.
Pull out the magenta EPU and see if there is any dev left.

      Good Luck
      A
PS, the fusers will often last 400k and use no oil rollers
