[Error Code] Toshiba estudio 5520c error C471

Hello fellow service slaves!

Working on a estudio 5520c mfp. turn it on and comes up with a c471. Fuser lamp is good, thermal cans are all good, not sure how to rule out thermisters. Tried the 08 - 400 fuser reset numerous times. Is the IH board the same as the power supply board on the lower left of copier if standing in the back of it with the panal removed?


If it is the same I have checked the fuse and it is good. Any help would be much appreciated.

my only fuser temperature related code on a BP was caused by creases on the fuser belt

I agree, a deformed fuser belt will give IH codes and fuser codes
