[Jamming] finisher MJ 1027 for e-600

when i copying a sorting A4, the finisher catching and jamming the paper A4 at the exit unit as A4-R causing jam at the finisher. How i solve this problem?

I do not mean to be an ass but I can not quite understand the problem. Is the A4 paper jamming in the exit of the machine and the A4-R jamming in the finisher?Those finishers have a few common faults and can be a bit of a pain if you do not work on them a lot.

I intend that the finisher jamming A4 only not A4-R when activate sorting at the exit unit, i want to know what are the problem, the problem are repeated in the finisher MJ-1027
