    Estudio 850 C-471 error code

    Hi,

    We are facing the above error code. The thermostat and heater lamps are fine. Tried reset 400 in 08 mode as well. Any solutions appreciated.

      have you tried some new thermistors? heater lamps an e850 has an IH Coil.

          the same fuser is working fine in a different machine/. Please advice

              Check Power Supply. I had 2 machines with similar errors and broken power supply.
