so lets see here, new bottle and sensor removed, nothing in path! what could be wrong! anyway I went to the customers office today to check sensor bottle presents through the control panel 03 mode "don't ya know" and guess what, it's not seeing the bottle, no change of state! checked for power, ground and signal wire at connector no change of state at signal. So my guess is the sensor is bad.

Yeah it will be the sensor...you've done all you need to to test the sensor.

Who put the second toner full sensor out!!!!
at the back of MF is the second toner full sensor actuatit from toner auger!! Make on thing i suggest pull out
the toner auger from the drum assy remount drum assy and see if the mf works.check the gear of toner auger if its not broken inside!!
