We have a client with a ES755 displaying "Low toner" on the display panel. We mostly service the Ricoh line so we would be grateful for any input and clearing this indicator.
So far I have replaced the C0-10817000 Toner sensor but that has not cleared the indicator. I'm wondering if there is a procedure that may need to be performed when replacing this sensor or is something els the cause of this problem.
