"Low toner" indicator on eStudio 755

    [Error Code] "Low toner" indicator on eStudio 755

    We have a client with a ES755 displaying "Low toner" on the display panel. We mostly service the Ricoh line so we would be grateful for any input and clearing this indicator.

    So far I have replaced the C0-10817000 Toner sensor but that has not cleared the indicator. I'm wondering if there is a procedure that may need to be performed when replacing this sensor or is something els the cause of this problem.

    User functions>user>General>toner near empty detection>clear.

      Thank you, within the General tab there does exist a tab named "Replace Toner Cartridge" which when selected display a screen stating "A toner cartridge is nearly empty. Do you want to replace the cartridge at this time?" and the option to select "Yes" or "No" we select "Yes" which then displays the steps to replace the toner cartridge and it also has a blue tab named "Finished" which can not be initiated unless the front door for the toner bottle is opened and closed which the "Finished" tab turns black in color, clearing the indicator.

      These steps are all followed but within a day or less the "Toner low" indicator is once again displayed on the touch screen. What can cause this problem?
