Not sure about the top to bottom bands, but lead to trail compession can be caused by the drum drive motor set screw getting loose...drum drive stalls slightly and the image gets written to a smaller space. Emujo

Got an e-studio 650 giving me a problem. Kind of sounds like the one above. 1st are 600's close to be 650's, I see they look the same on the outside. Check out my portrait print of the problem.

Hello, I have periodical maintenance notification. All life parts are still not in changing cycle (see photos). I want only to clean rollers, mirrors, vaccum it and reset (clear) the periodical maintenance notification. Machine total counter: 766.728 copies. But why PM notification?
Please could you help, which 0+8 (6+S) to choice and what code and value to set??? (I studied manual, but it is difficult to see, which)? Maybe 0+8 and then 252, than "0" ?

Take a look in the 08 modes. First check 08-252.

For each counter, let's say "Web": there are four different 08 modes. There is the page counter, page yield, rotation counter, and rotation yield.

Especially on older machines like this you'll find that the yield (or any 08 mode) can become corrupt, showing values like 999999999, or 0, or *05*215. The yield or counter just needs to be re-programmed. It's just time consuming finding and checking all those 08 modes. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I made only clearing of 08 - 252 to "0" and the preventive maintenance message gone away.
