How many copies on developer?
have you checked the dev drive gear?

Is it happen on copy only or printing as well?

If copy only, try clean the exposure lamp...
If copy & print, try clean the slit glass...

Check to see how many copies are on drum/dev
clean optics, laser slit glass,
run 05-290 after cleaning

There are many things which can cause light/poor copies on these machines. What have you tried so far to fix this problem and as some on has already asked. Is it doing it on copies/and prints or just copies.

Its just the copy or print connection on this machine.

Unless you can post something that looks like you have some basic understanding of how a copier works, and what you already done to correct the issue, you should probably not expect too much assistance..If you're looking for step by step instructions on how to pull the glass off and clean the optics this is the wrong forum. may be transfer belt is bad

Thanks guys we did check every thing you recomanded but in the end we did full PM services.
