Cheers mate, I will try that. Any visual cues that might indicate it's the roller?Comment

Re: Toshiba 3510c - Diagonal banding on cyan only
it will appear as very little dev attracted to mag roller surface but have a lot more attraction after you scrub up the roller surface try a section and rotate the roller to see if attraction increasesComment

Thanks for all the tips guys.
I've attached 3 pictures showing the amount of developer, and the mag roller.
1. I'm afraid I'm not sure how much developer should be added, does it appear that there is enough?
2. You can sort of see the banding on the mag roller on the one side. Should I still scuff it up?
Thanks again for your help.Comment

Did you have a broken rear charge block @ corona to cause all these issues? I would check this before you proceed from here.
You defiantly need to dump that dev, clean the unit out, polish that mag roller with a dry rag and the back of your fingernail until it no longer feels gritty. Then drop a full new bottle of genuine dev in. reassembled the unit and initilize the dev. Calibrate the machine and bobs ya mothers brother.
Do you have the manual for this machine, I see Paul has offered it and if you aren't familiar with this model then buy it before you do any of the work i just suggested. U will need the manual to run up the dev and calibrate.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. ~Thomas EdisonComment
