Heya all - we have two Toshiba e-studio 5520, both second hand, one for use, and one for parts. The first had a CE40 failure ten days ago, and following instructions on the toshiba manual I seemed to have solved it, only for the machine to now have a E11 failure - it starts to print, takes the paper from the tray, but jams just as/before the sheet gets to the transfer roller. (E11 flashes up on the screen and it judders to a halt - when we open the right hand door slowly the paper is stuck in a similar point every time, folded over) Losing patience, being a little bit over my head (I'm no IT guy - little more than basic computer skills) and having other work to do, we called the local support company. Their tech came, seemed to have it fixed and printing test sheets when we decided to test it for real by sending from a file from a computer for printing. Suddenly, back to square 1, same E11 fault. The tech gave up/the boss didn't want to spend more money after over 4 hours, so I tried the second machine. Plugged back in all missing parts, switched it on, but..... CE40 fault.
