    [CQ] Tosghiba estudio 3510

    Code C-970-, also CB-30... (Before I left today) Problem with the Cyan cartridge. Replaced developers on all 3 colors and charge, grid, filters... etc... Cyan cartridge is throwing lines.... (Also says it is low on cyan toner) This thing is eating my lunch. any help will be so helpful....

    Remove the Cyan process unit and check the charge unit, maybe the rear charge block broke after you did the PM. As for the CB30 what finisher is installed on the machine?

      needle electrode on one of the charge units has broken tab on rear.

      cb30 remove what ever is below the lower tray on finisher. the lower tray is not reaching lower home position.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
