    [Error Code] STUDIO4520C C3B1 code

    Hi all,

I had to empty the waste toner few days ago and after doing so everything went OK for a few days then got an error to replace black toner, done that, printed a few hundred pages then got the C3B1 error.

I haven't seen any references to it but from the looks of it the C3B0 is a paper feed error, what is this error?

The copier jams with the paper no matter from which tray I print, it goes past the fuser and it jams right after it, would appreciate any help

    Cheers

    G'Day mate,

C3B1 relates to Y-auto toner sensor abnormality.

ok, i have replaced the toner with a new one and I still get this error, there was a lot of yellow toner left as I could see it through the plastic window, I followed the instruction and pushed the wand in 2-3 times and pulled the rod a few times as well, the error is still present

do i have to clean something as I can see a little yellow toner spillage, I don't have another developer here to try, could it be the developer?

If it just needs a clean can someone instruct me? gladly appreciate any help with this as with xmas coming nobody wants to come and have a look at it

        Cheers

              thanks mate

the 08-2692 was at 1 so i left it at that presumably 1 is ON?

08-2693 was at 40, changed that down to 20

and the problem still persists ....you're right I hate this thing, I'm going to go buy a can of compressed air and give it a clean
anything else I can try ?
