I have more that 150 es 163,165,166,167 machine on maintenance and do not have any problem with double feed or any problem with paper supply.

Maybe you can give more information about your problem

No problem on bypass because it has paper separation roller. But there is no separation material in paper casette.İt is not enough metal parts at corners.Any ideas?

I have about 70 e163,165,166,167 and have no problem either.
        Maybe it's the paper ?

just check E rings on claws (metal parts as you say)
If there is no E rings claws may drop from good position.

Realy this model do not have any paper feed problem.
