E studio 280: Jams from Ledger & Legal but not 8.5x11 tray

Working on a 280, heres what it does

    Top tray 8.5x11 works perfect
2nd tray legal: Jams at least 1 out of 3
3rd tray ledger: Most of the time will get one sheet out but jams there after

on both 2nd and 3rd, when it jams, if you open the 2nd access door from the bottom on the right, the paper is just in those feed rollers, sometimes just an inch above, sometimes the top is almost to the platen type registration roller assembly.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Have you changed or checked the lower feed sensor?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

I haven't, this machine is new to me, is the sensor "seeable" with the access door open?

OK, attached are the codes, I also wish I could find an exploded view so I could point to, or get the part module name. I've worked on a ton of machines but this one is new to me and searching around I see they have odd names for a lot of the parts.

E440 means the lower cover has opened during Printing.
                E320 & E140 means the paper hasn't reached the 2nd paper sensor.
E300 means the paper hasn't reached the Registration Sensor.

E010 means the the paper has not gone into the Fuser.
E020 means the paper has not exited the Fuser.

Check the Lower Door for Pivot Breakage, dirty Sensor & clean ALL Rollers.

Check & clean the Fuser inlet guides (E010).
Check the Fuser Sep Claws (should be 6) for missing, displaced or broken.

Thanks, will check all that. The only weird thing is 8.5x11 top tray never jams so it 'seems' the registration on up (fuser, exit, etc.) Must be OK?

You don't happen to have the part number for this by any chance?

I'm looking at precision rollers part list and cannot tell which switch is which
