    [Jamming] E-Studio 283 E210

Servicing a Toshiba E-Studio 283 that jams from the second cassette on multiple copies. It displays E210. It
jams at the same spot just before the registration roller. The first page comes out fine and then it jams. If you run only
one copy, it doesn't jam. We have replaced:

    Paper pickup clutch
    Registration clutch
Lower Right Side Door, Stopper for Door, Mylar for Door and Guide for Door, Sensor for Door
    Lower Tray Feed Rollers
    Pickup Sensor Arm
    Lower Feed Clutch
    Upper Feed Clutch
    2nd Transport Sensor

We have also swapped the pickup units from Tray 1 to Tray 2, Swapped the gears for paper tray lifting from Tray 1 to Tray
    2. The bypass and upper cassette work fine. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

REALLY.... you have replaced ALL these Parts .....REALLY!!!! or is this List straight out of the Manual???

Did you check the Inlet Guide at the Rego Roller for correct positioning? Replaced the Sensor at the rear of the Bypass Unit?

Seriously replaced all these parts, that includes the the sensor at the back of the bypass (2nd transport sensor) and I have checked that guide like 5 times. at this point, like he says in the movie, "hell, I'd piss on a spark plug if I thought it would do any good"

I replaced the lower feed clutch again and it started working. I will have to see if it returns and if so what is causing the clutch to burn out. We'll see. Strange problem.
