    estudio 281c doc feeder issues

doc feeder jams intermittently ,, there is nothing in the pper path ,, i lubed all the feed wheels, checked the sensors for movement, and sometimes it will run 2 stacks of 20 or so then the third stack it jams first one, portrait or landscape.
other times it jams 2 or 3rd one?? only jams on the left side, seems to dog ear as it goes in then gets caught up, not sure what it could be catching on??? the guides seem smooth.
any one have this problem? is it the reverse roller clutch?
    thanks

If it's Dog Earing then there will be an obstruction in the Guide Travel, there are 3 Mylar Guides on the inside of the RADF lid - run your fingernail down these and if they are split, remove/replace them or maybe a staple or blutack in the path.

Also You have to check sensors. Not in service mode but exchanging them by new one. Do it for S8 and S9 (check SM).

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.
