[Dead] e2500c Hang

Got a e2500c having hang problem, where the screen only show "wait warming up", and not response for any clicks on buttons & touch screen...
Noticed that the exposure lamp is not light on when start-up the machine. I've also tried move the carriage to center, but when I ON the machine, the carriage wouldn't go back to home position...No pop up for call for service...

Able to enter 08 mode, performed 08-670, no error for HDD.
Able to enter 05 mode, I click on FAX button, able to perform copying, but blank image come out because the exposure lamp and carriage is not working...
Able to enter 03 mode, but show "WAIT" on screen, need to open & close duplex cover then only the "WAIT" disappear...But i tried perform 03-267 to test the exposure lamp, but nothing happen...


I've replaced PSU, HVT, LGC board, RAMs on SYS board & updated firmware....Same problem occur...Is it SLGC or SYS board problem?

Had this a couple of times where the Power Switch of the R/H side would at times sizzle/arc replaced switch and is still ok.
Maybe replace Fuser - even though no error code.
Format HDD 08-690 you will only lose address book/user data.
Seems like you have done most stuff but maybe overlooked the obvious - I doubt Sys PCB but maybe SLG PCB.

Can u specify more detail on the switch?

The Toggle Switch under plastic cover R/H side near Control Panel - when machine was powered down switch would flick off (as normal) however it was noted (after some trials) that when the switch was turned on an audible sizzle noise was detected coming from said switch, the noise wasn't apparent at the time as the fault 'Wait Warming Up' was being assessed, it was quite by accident that replacement of the switch seemed to rectify the problem - maybe arcing had some interference with System.
