Based on the confabulation I've seen already, this has got to be a sales dweeb. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

So, do you own a "30 year old Toshiba dealer" or do you own a 30 year old Toshiba dealership? And you say you provide Paul with all his manuals and firmware? And you have a "secrecary" that does all that menial work for you? And you make a million per year...I think I know who this guy is...I always wondered what happened to "Joe Isuzu". Actually he's probably some 20 something working/living out of his Mom's garage making 7.89 per hour as a new hire tech (and I started out at 7.50 BTW).
