Toshiba E 352 Copy Quality? Fusing? Help

Have a Toshiba E 352 Copier that's giving me a headache.Copy's are fine for the first couple inches(Dark and clear)the rest of the copy is faint and like its not fusing well with background? You rub the paper and it almost feels like developer on the bad part of the copy?Boards i have changed are(Heater control,Logic, Power Supply,System,HVT,Things i have replaced also are the Developer, Drum, Charge Corona unit,Transfer Corona unit,Heater Rollers and thermistors). It seems like the more print on the copy the worst it is,You copy something that does not have a lot of print coverage and it produces a somewhat ok copy,a little on the light side but clean. Its Driving me crazy.I am at a loss of what it could be. I would Appreciate any and all suggestion's.
    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like insufficient pressure on the rollers - seen this when cust have left press release levers down after paper jam.

Maybe hot or press roller bearings shot? springs mounted incorrectly?

What media type, and at what media settings? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you open the rear cover and pull out developer clutch unit to check it's gear. Is the gear damaged?

Forgot to mention that i stopped the copy before it gets to the fuser and you can see on the drum that same result. Also took out main drive gear cluster and checked for bad gears and stuff, and media type is normal 20lb plain paper, but actually doesn't make a difference if its a heavier weight either. All the things i replaced and or swapped out with good or new stuff made no difference whatsoever. There's something i must be missing of course, but darn if i can figure it out?

It sounds to me like a developer problem. May be not enough toner in mix or mix is worn out and can not
carry enough toner. Then the copy pulls developer mix out.
If the page feels grainy I would remove and throughly clean the developer station. Be sure to remove
the toner sensor. Then blow and vacuum it out. Check the HV connections and bushings for the mag roller
and augars. There should be very little wobble or movement of the shafts in the bushings.
Also check the DV unit does not move away from the drum.
