    e Studio 352 jamming E920 only between 6:00 and 6:30 am

This one gave me a good laugh. Only between 6:00 am and 6:30 am? True, the log confirms it. It's been doing it since February (6 months) and getting worse daily.

This machine has the KN-3520 mod to remove the bridge sensor #1 return spring. Well the metal shaft that the flag rotates on seems to have condensed some fuser oil over the years, and when the machine is cold (especially when it first awakens at 6:00 am), the flag drops a little too slowly. Gravity just doesn't seem to do the job. I thought about re-installing a return spring, then decided instead to soak out the flag, shaft, and photointerrupter in a cup of alcohol.

It doesn't jam now. I just got lucky, in that they left the machine jammed (and cold). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah, them actuator shafts get tacky from the fuser heat, if i remember correctly the e352 bridge unit had a spring on one actuator, but not the other & IMO they were the wrong way around or needed one on each.
I usually clean the shafts with PTFE spray on a cloth, it works wonders, but have on a couple of occassions fitted a return spring.

You can pop the sensor eyes (attached to board) out of the black housing on those bridge units & cut open the slits that the sensors look through ( make them into big square holes ) & that will fix lots of bridge jamming issues too

    Regards.
