when I start copier with 0+8 it show "macine information error plz long press energy saver key" . with 0+5 mode is ok . plz someone help me

What error are you getting?If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

we had the same a few years ago on an e720, it would say "machine information error" on the screen & wouldn't enter 08 mode.
the NVRAM & HDD were replaced together to fix the issue.
