    not Monday ... MacGuyver day

    e Studio 2540C registration motor:
This one requires a little explanation. The motor's shock mount split. When I got back to the office, I measured the shock mount: original (broken)= 6mm, more recent= 10mm

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

A good tech can pull a rabbit out of his hat. Was replacing the transfer section on a Ricoh a few weeks ago. I ordered the new revised part, didn't get the new metal bracket to hold it in. I took my wire snips and cut one out of the plastic from the old unit. Far as I know, it still works.
