    Call for Service

    Hi All,
    For some time I was not working on Toshiba machines. But I have found reasons to work on one now. But I am facing a "Call for service 9684-2700" signal on the display. Besides, there is a 359066 number displayed at the lower left corner of the display panel. The device is Toshiba eStudio 45
    Can anyone help me please?

      The number (02) 9684-2700 is the number for Toshiba in New South Wales.....asking you to call them for service!!

      Is there not an error number displayed.?

          I think you have to hold down the 8 + Clear to view the code. The 359066 is the current copy count. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
