Most copiers have the option to select Short Edge Binding or Long Edge Binding. From the operator's manual I don't see that optional choice. You may have to rotate your originals 90 degrees (and copy paper) to get the correct duplex binding option. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds like your scanning top-bottom not top-to-top or printing with a file similar top-to-bottom double sided format.

Thanks all I've been able to solve the problem. It occurs only when feeding the original short edge feed. The solution is to select Image Direction from Edit button on the control panel during copy. But you will have to do this every time. To make it default I use 08- 628 set to 1.
