    Toshiba 351C Color Dots

Toshiba 351C on color prints or color copies appear KCMY dot pattern as shown in attached photo. They are always aligned back to front on the page but appear in random locations right to left on the copies. They are printed in the same order next to each other KCMY. On firmware T410SYOU231

I'll agree on that. Since it's a carousel system, there's only one drum for all four colors. But who knows? Maybe you'll be lucky and there will be something stuck on the surface that you can gently clean off. =^..^=

      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

The dots don't appear on black and white, only on color. If the drum was damaged it would be on all prints. It's as if the printer is printing some sort of test pattern that doesn't get wiped off. And how could it be the same color pattern every time it it was a dameged drum or belt. The area would fill with what ever toner was being applied. It's the same pattern, same colors and never occurs on black & white. I'll reflash it and see if that cures it.

I'll vote for page memory or Sys board. It won't be in vein if You refresh firmware before changing any parts...

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.
