Toshiba 6530c Error E580 Replaced entire duplex transport assembly still same problem

    [Error Code] Toshiba 6530c Error E580 Replaced entire duplex transport assembly still same problem

    Good day techs. I have a Toshbia E6530C that jams most of the time. Stops in the center transport unit (bridge Unit) then pops up an error E580. I might be lucky to get 1 sheet out of 10 to feed all the way through. I have replaced the whole unit from another machine still same problem. Any ideas would be great.

    Stop jam at the bridge unit

      Did You go through whole Toshiba troubleshooting for this error?

              You're going to love this one. I had a eS 855 a while back that gave E580s and a bunch of other codes. Well it seems that the enduser didn't have the requisite 20A outlet, so they did the "twist" so the plug would almost fit in a 15A outlet. The power quality analyzer found 3.8 vac ground to neutral. I don't remember what the other codes were, but there were some finisher communication codes in there.

              I had another eS2500C that eventually gave E580 codes, that had a bad converter board, and bad logic board, and bad NVRAM, and firmware, and color calibration. This was one of those three day extravaganzas, where I was shuttling back and forth from the office with parts. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Thank you Blackcat4866 it was exactly as you said he has a 15amp outlet using a adapter to fit it into it. lol Thank you so much.
