    Departement account Export to file

    Hello everybody,

I'm a french konica technician and I want to export all the Department account (14 copiers in the same network) to import in new konica copiers.

There are most of 250 account code .....

Can you tell me if i can find a software like DATA ADMINISTRATOR (konica) or KMNETVIEWER (kyocera) to make this.

    Thanks a lot .

You haven't mentioned the model, but most recent Toshiba's can "Clone" the settings to a USB stick from the User Functions > Admin Mode. You'll find the details in the manual, but it's basically self-explanatory.

Note: You must have the same level of firmware, same model, to upload the cloned settings from other machine, or even the same machine. =^..^=

Ok, I'm confused. You posted about Konica Minolta's in the Toshiba forum?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If I read this correctly, you have existing Toshiba MFPs and are updating to KM equipment. IF this is so, page scope data admin will work just fine. You want to export the Toshiba Address Books and department code files to a CSV file, then use PSDA to bring this data into the KMs by using the "Import from the file" tool. This also works for any other vendors device that can export the needed info into a CSV file. You may need to work on the exported file to make it work for the KM...ie if the 1st name and last names are 2 different columns, you can use Excels advanced features to combine these 2 into one column. PSDA is a wonderful tool, I use it almost daily. If you have some time, try experimenting before you do this at the customers office as I am gonna bill you if you want a step by step tutorial. Emujo

BTW, if you are a konicaminolta direct tech and have access to SSD, the guide I put together is available is listed under the PSDA tips. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

        ************************************************** ***********************
I have to export all the Old Account (~250 users by MFP)

I don't know TOSHIBA MFP's (only KYOCERA & Konica Minolta)

I don't know if i can easily export all Departement account in a single file with a SPECIFY SOFTWARE ???

The Toshiba "clone" files won't be of much use to you unless you have a way of decrypting them, and I don't. =^..^=
