eStudio 207 intermittent image problem when using plattern glass

I have this strange unit of estudio 207 with print counter around 200k++

It always give below image problem intermittently when using plattern glass to copy where the text will become bolder or thinner...

    IMG_20150204_220617.jpg

Is a common issue with the CIS scanner carriage which caused vibration during scanning where the problem can be easily resolve by applying lubricant/white grease on the shaft.

I have been attended to this issue many times, where I've changed scanner flat cable ( few times ), CIS scanner belt, whole carriage part, exposure LED, SYS board. It can only last for a while and the issue will come back again...

The last time I attend, same problem coming out, where this time is not intermittent, is happen for every copy i made, after I adjusted the tension of the belt, problem resolved...But it only last for a day, the next day same problem come out again...
The belt seems slanting one side, but i do check on other machines, mostly is like that...Is it because of the scanner motor?

The twisting of the belt may be an indication of excessive belt tension. You should be able to let the spring tension the belt, then snug the tensioner screw. White grease is too heavy in my opinion. Personally I prefer to use straight 30W weight motor oil as a scanner rail lubricant. It does not migrate or evaporate, and provides a very mild resistance to the scanner so you don't get jitters. You might also check the timing pulleys for any small bits of rubber scuffed of the belt. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It happen again, this time is intermittent, before doing anything, i perform test copy, no problem...But customer did show me sample...
I follow your way, cleaned excessive grease, readjusted the spring tension...tested ok...
Now monitor how long it can last...
