What happens when you connect it via crossover to your laptop? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You can connect your laptop via a crossover cable directly to your laptop, simulating a network. On your laptop hard-set a Static address in the same address range as the MFP.

Once connected you can test print as often as you like.

There are several possible outcomes, including these:
        1) same result as the customers network, confirming that you have a hardware problem.
        2) it works fine, never dropping off the network, indicating that the source of the problem is on the customers network.
        3) something totally different happens.
