    ES 455se that thinks it's a 355, please help...

We swapped the logic board because of a delivery driver who plugged in the adf after turning the machine on, and everything seemed to be working fine, until we run internal prints. When we run our counter page, our 455se prints the serial number, and copy count print out correctly, but instead of printing e-STUDIO455se, it prints e-Studio355 under the serial number.

Is there a way to change the model number so the machine prints out correctly?

    Thanks in advance,

    Marc

You probably left the NVRAM from the donor machine on the Logic Board. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
