Most likely the bottle is not turning because the keyed plunger/gear in the end is broken or deformed. In the pictures, the plunger is charcoal gray, with flats on two sides, to make the bottle rotate. A feature at the center of the bottle presses the plunger, to engage the drive. So the motor turns, but the drive is not transmitted. Usually the plunger crushes or twists, or just crumbles. All the pictures attached are intact plungers. If the plunger is flush with the dish shaped blue cup, it's broken. It's the same toner feed assembly in the eS28, eS35, eS45, and all the 350, 352, 353, 450, 452, 453, etc, etc.

You want to manually add toner? Remove the cartridge, dump some toner on paper, then pour it into the orifice in the developing unit. If the plunger is broken, no toner will leave the bottle the usual way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
