If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

The hard bit is not being able to see the photo. The exact part I'm chasing is the plastic that holds the fingers that sit on the upper Fuser roller. Not the one that can lift open with the claws.

I understand. The part you want is the one that degrades due to heat most commonly. The holders break so you end up with only one or two heat roller claws remaining. =^..^=
