    [Misc] Moving an E-Studio 6520c and it's H-E-A-V-Y!!!!

    Hi everybody

This is my first time working on and moving a 6520c and as you all know this is a pretty heavy machine.

Was thinking of partially disassembling it, to make it easier to move

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to move this monster? (besides "carefully"?)

Can someone help me with the complete service manual? I already have the "field" manual but not the one that describes the entire machine, theory of operation, assembly and disassembly, etc

    My email is copier4you@gmail.com

Help from experienced Toshiba techs will be greatly appreciated

    Thanking you in advance

    Frank

Removing the fuser, primary transfer belt, and imaging drawer assembly will lighten the unit a good 50#. Take off the DF and you'll get another 50#. That's a good start. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds good but first I need to get the manual.

      I heard it's over 1,000 pages?

You have lots of choices of websites to get this manual. This is what a simple Google search brings:
