That is paper remaining after power on, could be the upper drawer paper feed sensor, registration sensor, or the exit sensor

It's certainly possible that you have a logic board problem. I had one that would not lift tray #2 intermittently, yet would try to feed from the tray that hadn't lifted. That one was a logic board issue.

More likely though, you should spend a few minutes with your manual checking each paper sensor in 03 mode. I'll bet dollars to donuts that you have a defective photointerrupter.

E030 code is a paper present error during power on (like E000 on Kyocera), but does not specify which sensor. It's up to you to figure out which sensor.

We've had many bad photointerrupters lately. They aren't always diagnosable from 03 mode. You may need to read output voltage for each sensor at the connector on the logic board. Again more manual reading to identify the appropriate pins. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My first problem was 2nd drawer lift motor ,do not rotate. There was a(pf )in lgc board after direct that (pf) it shows error code e030.

I thought that I was fairly clear, but I'll re-phase my comments:

This issue was solved by the LGC PWB.

There have been far more events like this, solved by defective photointerrupters. =^..^=
