    [Error Code] Toshiba Estudio c2550 error 4211

    hi guys ,,, we have Toshiba estudio c2550... we also have enable department code with private printing... but it gives error 4221 (Printing data storing limitation error: Printing with its data being
    stored to the HDD temporarily (Proof print, Private print, Scheduled print, etc.) cannot be performed.).
    machine prints normaly and with department codes , but gives me error when i select private print. any idea out there.
    Firm. is L 4.73 (up to date).

      Did u check that ADI HDD is installed? Private print not available for SSD...

          yes we have changed the Hdd.. but no luck till know

              After changed HDD from SSD to ADI HDD, u need to perform 08-8759(If i'm not wrong), did u do that?

                  no because in service manual it says "This code is not supported by LL20/25ppm model"

                  i think it may b Main memroy ram o sys board .... i have to see... : (

                      Are you bumping into upper limits? Per pg 2-9, up to 400 documents per box, up to 200 pgs per document, up to 899 jobs total, up to 80GB total memory usage, etc.? Maybe you need to think about the SRAM? =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          Weisshorn LL is e2051c/e2551c ~ come with SSD, no private print, limited dept code/print logs, no scan to E-Filing and etc... ( This is why 08-8759 not available for this model)
                          Weisshorn L is e2050c/e2550c ~ come with SSD, but my side here will normally upgraded to ADI HDD, can do private print, scan to E-Filing, more dept code and print logs...

                          If your did upgraded to ADI HDD, updated firmware and performed 08-8759, u should able to do scan to E-Filing and private print...
