I don't normally work on Toshiba machines, but one of my current customers just acquired one of these from a business that moved out of their building. My question is relating to part# 6LH3363000 developer unit - Precision Roller list this as black\yellow is this sold as a pair or individually? Also is developer pre loaded into the units. If someone has a service-parts manual they could email me I would be much appreciative.

I think I can help clarify. You will only get one developing unit and one bag of developer. The difference between the black/yellow and the cyan/magenta, is that the black and yellow developing units have drum thermistors attached. Cyan and magenta developing units do not have drum thermistors.
What I cannot tell you is if you'll get black developer or yellow developer with your developing unit. Maybe you need to specify? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
