    [Misc] E-studio 255 MFP inactive all function other than copier

    I need big help from well known technicians, 255 MFP firmware updated, After that Scan, E-Filing, Print, Fax buttons are not working. When press that buttons beep sound hear, but function or function light not working. Can you help on this error.....?

    What sort of a display do you get? Any errors? Can you print off a 9S-107 or 9S-103 report? What errors are recorded? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Fyi, there are 2 firmware for this model, based on the sticker colour on the scanner…red is 3 CCD, whereby yellow is 4 CCD…Make sure u upgrade the correct 1…

        If I remember correctly the MFP will become unhappy if you try to load the wrong firmware, but in the end it won't let you. =^..^=
