    4520c Print Issue

    Hi all,

I seem to have an issue with printing paper 200gsm, previously i have had no issues and the print quality was perfect.

But recently when I print on anything above 80gsm the ink does not stick to the paper, I have posted a picture of the output below:

The ink seems to dry in little textured clumps, does it seem like fuser replacement is required?

    Thanks in advance
    Ron

U need to use thick paper settings according to your paper, this is due to thicker paper require more heat otherwise toners will not stick on the paper...

Thank you so much, this solution worked for me.

For anyone else who is printing from windows image viewer, on the top you can select the paper type I used thick 2 and it worked perfectly for me.

You can also select a specific tray by using the options link near the bottom of the window, than printer properties and select print feed.
