Toshiba e-studio 455 leaking of developer on paper sheet

    Hello,

I try to fix this issue, but i can't ...
When i printed or copied 10 sheets of paper or more, on paper sheet i found very few developer.
I changed developer, drum, i cleaned everything, all is new, but nothing.
I measured the developer bias and is -382 V It's OK.
    Where is the issue?

    Any ideas?

I've had to replaced the mag roller spacers a couple of times, but it's usually dumping dev out the back end of the unit and streaking it through the copier.

When you wrote mag space roller you want to write guide roller?

I've seen developing roller shaft worn at the bearings that start to wobble, and doctor blade gap starts to vary. It also made an offensive noise when the textured surface of the developing roller contacted the doctor blade. The tech that worked on it attempted to adjust the doctor blade gap. The resulting developing brush was tall enough to scour the drum surface, ruining a new drum within 24 hours. I installed the 3rd new drum, along with a developing unit and new developer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are you sure it's leaking developer and not toner onto the paper? Developer material (because of metal component) usually won't stick to paper because it's both heavy and not attracted to static charge like the toner pigment.

If it is toner, then there is a good chance it is being flicked onto the paper because of a worn/faulty recovery blade in the drum unit (the mylar sheet opposite the drum blade that keeps toner escaping from the waste/auger assembly).

If it really is developer material then it is far more likely a stray charge or electrical leakage somewhere (check main charge grid seated properly and not shorting to drum, also check discharge leds are working).
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.
