Re: TOSHIBA e-STUDIO 281C
Well there's an oldie. How many clicks on the tray #3 LCF rollers? What jam codes?
Assuming that you've got less than 80K on the LCF rollers and that there are no flat spots on the separation roller, then I would try adjusting the loop adjustment for tray #3. A mis-adjusted loop will give you a "ka-thump" sound accompanying every pickup, and maybe some Z-folds. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Indeed, without error code it would be difficult to say from picture alone.
It looks slightly skewed, are the tray guides set properly or are there any obstructions in the feed path it may be catching the paper on.
That also looks like it's stopping at the rego roller or 1st feed sensor? No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.Comment

Re: TOSHIBA e-STUDIO 281C
That only confirms what the picture is showing that it is jamming after feeding from the LCF.
The only obvious thing I will point out is that the paper seems off centre, from the top drawers this is set by the alignment of the guides in the drawer but the LCF front to rear alignment is pretty much fixed. It may just be a result of opening the jam access cover has shifted the paper but I would be asking why it is not aligned in the centre of the feed path.
