Xerox wc 5765

Guy , i restored NVM for 5735-5790 on customer machine and the machine has changed the machine speed ID to 33 and the machine is asking for the change of fuser and xerographic modules.
when i try to change the speed back to 65 its asking for xerox passcode which i need someone to help me with to close this call.

You used wrong nvm file.
Use the correct nvm file for 5765

you do not need any serial number just load it then change to the right serial from the diagnostic mode

Thanks , after installing the NVB files still the Machine speed ID error has not cleared and the machine indentifer has remained as 151 and the machine speed still 33. yes i can change the machine serial no to the original through Diagnostics but still the machine is still down. when i try to change any of the above i need to put a password.

Try to take out the NVM battery for a 5 minutes
then redownload the firmware
Did you find pws for 57xx ??

hello , yes i removed it for 5 min then i installed only NVM, what i did do is to reload the firmware.
let me do it i will get back to you.
I have the Xerox pws with 5735-5790 service manaul.
