Workcentre C2128

Hello all,

First time poster. I have the same issue as reported in this thread (and related):

The copier was under a service contract until I put it in storage about 8 months ago. I've decided to sell it (along with a bunch of consumables) but would like it to be working properly first.

I replaced both of the batteries, but as I understand it I need the software to re-set.

Is there anyone here who can point me to the software that I need?
