What would cause this copier to continuously make blank copies? Thank you for any help given.

Try a different cartdritge the chip is corrupt (might be)

Does it make blank copies even when you are not trying to make copies? If so your solenoids might be stuck open. The paper feed and registration clutch solenoids have rubber pads on them to keep the plate from making noise when they open and close but over time they rubber pads get sticky and cause the plate to get stuck open or stuck closed. You can remove the pads or what I do is cover the pad with a small piece of tape to keep it from sticking to the plate.
