Tried swapping ibt belt, 2nd btr, transfer belt cleaner and 1st bar's. Also replugged all plugs and flat cables on mcu and swapped out ibt motor. Any ideas?

Replace bit cleaner and 2nd btr with new ones, same error with jam stopping just past 2nd btr!! Any ideas?Comment

Try to enter the component code [042-015 IBT drive motor]
Also take the IBT assembly out and make sure it rotates freely. The IBT cleaning assembly can sometimes cause it to bind, resulting in various 042-xxx codes.
Furthermore, Second BTR if not functioning correctly, will prevent the IBT from rotating as it should.
