    Xerox 5675 - 09-350

    Hi guys,

I have a Xerox WC 5675 machine that i dismantled the insides for overhaul cleaning. When i put back everything and tried, it is giving me a jam on the side and the paper won't go thru. If i look at the Fault, it is giving 09-350. Can someone guide me as to what is causing this? I did not remove any connections at the back of the machine, just the assemblies inside when you open the front door.

    Thank you

Check the connector in the waste toner cartridge. It may be broken, so it should be replaced

Thanks Enzo. First Problem solved. Indeed Waste Toner Box. Was googling the error but was pointing me to the Erase Lamp Failure.

Just replaced the Waste Toner box. And moved on to another problem that pop out. Error 08-150 (Reg Failure). Only on tray 1-4, bypass is ok.

If you had the registration assembly removed I would start there. Make sure the registration assembly is properly installed. There is a tab on the front left corner of the assembly that needs to slide into and lock into a cut out on the machine's frame. If that is not in place the registration assembly will be lifted slightly on that corner and can be causing your jams. You can usually spot this by looking at the registration assembly with the left door all the way open. If the front looks a little higher than the rear, that's your problem.

Thanks. Exactly as you said it. Front side tab did not fit into the hole. Moving on... looking for other problems.

            Thank you
