Xerox 5150 Blur Line every 2nd copy

We have swapped dv unit, drum, fuser, fuser drive gear. Still get a blur on every 2nd page that prints/copies.

Any ideas?

Going to need more info. Can you post a sample?
Does this happen only when making a copy, only on prints, both? If during copy only, does it do it from glass and through ADF?
What kind of blur? Does it look like it is caused by the paper slowing down during transfer? Does it look like it is caused by excessive paper buckle? Does it look like it is being caused by scanning? Was any work done to the machine just prior to this problem showing up? Are there any other symptoms you get such as a noise, skew or jam?
