[Error Code] WC7775 - 042-321 Already Tried Everything I Can Think Of

My 7775 stopped printing magenta and error code 342-321 came up. I think the gears in the dev unit were jammed so I swapped that and the drum motor out. The error code is now gone but prints still come out with no magenta.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need this printer back online in the next 24 hours...

    Thanks in advance.

Have you checked to make sure the MOB is clean. It may need to be cleaned or could be going bad\is bad. Any 389 codes?

Thanks a lot for your reply. I've not had any 389 codes, although I think I've had every other code. A bit ashamed to admit it but I'm not sure what you mean by MOB. Could you please elaborate for me?

I'll send post a full list or errors/repairs and a photo of what the machine is currently doing once I get back to the office.

Thanks again, I've started a new thread as I'm past the original error code in the title of this one, there are photos of all the error codes, etc. If you could have a look I'd appreciate it. Thanks: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xe...tml#post502083
