Xerox WorkCentre 7755 error 342-325 (342.325.00) Main Motor Failure

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 7755 that is giving error 342-325. According to service documentation this is a Main Motor Failure. The procedure is:

1. Run Component control 042-002 Main Motor. => Main motor runs without issue
2. Check waste toner collection path for bent pipes etc. => Path looks ok, changed the main pipe and the waste container just to be sure, without result
3. Check black drum cartridge. => Replaced with new one, same problem
4. Replace Main Motor. => Replaced, same problem
5. Replace MCU PWB. => Replaced, same problem

I checked connections (flat cables) between MCU PWB and LVPS, and they look alright. No corrosion of any sort. I'm not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be very welcome!

While you run the main mot in component control mode do a voltage measurement of 24 volts source in several points.

Swap ribbon cables around on mcu to see if you get same fault, could also be power supply or iot driver

Did you check black developer assy?

Thanks guys, I can/will check into this next monday. I haven't tried swapping power supplies and/or flat cables yet. As for the developer assy, I can try to swap that as well of course - but shouldn't that generatie a developer drive error?

Main motor drive also drive black developer assy and 2nd btr.
So check black developer assy and 2nd btr.

xcopytech had the right solution, the black developer was jammed. Replaced with new and all is good now. Thanks everyone for the input!

Hello Guys,

Please help me in regards with above mentioned error codes first code is 342-325 then 394-322.
main motor is not rotation and machines is not rotating as usual, at starting bypas lifts up half and ibt unit lifts and stuck in half.

i have tried changing
1. main motor assembly.
2. black drum motor assembly.
3. black developer motor assembly.
4. waste toner assembly.
5. 2nd btr drawer complete assembly
6. all drum motor.
7. mcu pwb board

Please re-read what "Xcopytech" said.

Check the "imaging units" or "Developers Drums" whatever you want to call them, and check for Frozen, Stuck, binding, etc.. and replace whatever ones are bad.

These are "consumables" !!

I have a running machines xerox dc 252 with me so I have tried changed all four drums and four developer units from a running machines.
same problem Ibt unit and bypass tray lifts up half and then struck
machines is idle no sounds on any assembly (motor ) rotation
